A Champagne of great rarity
The Clos Saint-Hilaire de Billecart-Salmon is a single varietal champagne from Pinot Noir. This Blanc de Noirs cuvée comes from a single plot in Champagne. The quality and age of the vines make it an exceptional wine.
At tasting, the Billecart-Salmon Clos Saint-Hilaire 1999 cuvée is of great complexity between its multiple aromas and its beautiful freshness. This wine offers good ageing potential. The numbered bottles are the sign of an exceptional champagne.
