Chateau Minuty 281 2016: a beautiful Côtes de Provence with a distinct minerality
Rose wine produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation, Chateau Minuty 281 is produced from cloned Grenache that is 30 years old (on average). The vines take advantage of the maritime influence. The blend of this special cuvee also includes Cinsault and Syrah.
Chateau Minuty 281 2016 has an astonishing pale pink colour with crystal reflections. The nose develops complex and intense fragrances of white-fleshed fruits, combined with more iodized notes. In the mouth, a sophisticated wine with a splendid minerality.
