Description
A white wine from Chablis Grand Cru with magnificent acidity
The Chablis Grand Cru "Les Blanchots" from Domaine Laroche is a white wine made from Chardonnay produced in the Chablis Grand Cru appellation. The estate’s vineyard in active production in this appellation covers a total area of 4.46 hectares. Aged 40 years on average, the vines are planted in a soil composed of white clay, Kimmeridgian soil and ammonites. The wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months, in oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
The 2015 vintage of the Chablis Grand Cru "Les Blanchots" by Domaine Laroche offers a serious structure of acidity. It is a fine and balanced wine, with a palate that is chiseled, light and rich in white flower aromas. A wine that perfectly combines acidity and concentration.
