A white grand vin from Pessac-Léognan

The white Grand Vin of the property, the Château Haut-Bergey 2018 illustrates the typicality of a white wine produced in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, in the Graves, south of Bordeaux.

At the helm of a 70-hectare vineyard, Château Haut-Bergey dedicates two hectares to the production of white wines. The Château Haut-Bergey vineyard is cultivated by means of organic and biodynamic farming, certified by Ecocert and Demeter.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Sémillon, the Château Haut-Bergey 2018 is aged in containers of different sizes (300 litres, 400 litres and 500 litres) for 8 months. A great biodynamic white grand vin of Pessac-Leognan.
