Description
A Structured and Precise Classified Growth
In 2016, the fresh nights and warm days allowed the wines to develop rich colours and fruit flavours. In Pessac-Leognan, Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion white 2016 is the culmination of these characteristics. Harvested between September 5th and 13th, this blend of 62.7% Sauvignon Blanc and 37.3% Semillon is the expression of excellent organoleptic qualities.
La Mission Haut-Brion white 2016 is yellow with green reflections. The intensely fruity nose presents menthol and freshness. Upon aeration, notes of citrus and white peach reveal themselves. The attack is precise and juicy, mixing power and fattiness. This Graves Classified Growth is atypical due to its Sauvignon blend (a first). Very nice potential for ageing.
