A complex and balanced rosé wine from Tavel
The estate
Domaine de la Mordorée was created in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son. Located in Tavel, near Avignon, this estate spreads over 60 hectares and comprises 38 parcels which showcase the perfect expression of appellations such as Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône and Condrieu.
The vineyard
La Dame Rousse Tavel Rosé 2021 by Domaine de la Mordorée is a Tavel wine that stems from a 9-hectare vineyard. The vines are 40 years old on average and are planted on an array of soils, composed of pebbles, sand and limestone slates.
Vinification and ageing
The hand-picked grapes are 100% destemmed and crushed. Maceration for 36 to 48 hours.
