Description
A fine and remarkable Chablis wine, both delicate and precise
The estate
Truly in tune with the times, the Jean-Marc Brocard estate is one of the most important and influential producers of organic wines in the Burgundy region today. This is why he has always endeavoured to implement sustainable principles, by restricting human intervention in order to best reveal the authenticity of the Chablis climates. These skilful practices result in frank, firm, pure and mineral wines.
The vineyard
A benchmark among fine Chablis wines, Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard reigns over a vineyard of more than 140 hectares, of which 40 hectares are cultivated using biodynamic practices and 66 using organic practices.
The vinification and ageing
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with wild yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 14 months.
The blend
Chardonnay (100%).
