To celebrate the upcoming release of “No Time To Die,” the widely anticipated 25th opus of James Bond, along with 40 years of exclusive collaboration between the world-famous secret agent and Bollinger, the prestigious Champagne House has created a Limited Edition of their exceptional 2011 vintage. The wooden case and bottle are decorated with the titles of all 25 James Bond films.
Product of an unusual growing season, the 2011 vintage of Bollinger 007 Limited Edition has, in addition to being collector's item, the air of an unprecedented vintage. A Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Grand Cru plots of Pinot Noir from the village of Aÿ, this is the first cuvée produced exclusively from this grape variety since the founding of Bollinger in 1829!
The result is a champagne with a golden colour and copper reflections, a complex and refined nose offering nuances of honey, barley sugar and yellow fruit. On the palate, this champagne expresses well-rounded flavours of fresh fruit, further elevated by a mineral finish.
