Spread across six different regions, Two Hands' vineyards produce wines that enhance the potential and nuances of each terroir. Each plot is managed independently, from harvesting, through to fermentation, oak ageing and bottling, in order to allow the wine to express its full character and identity. Since its creation, Two Hands has been committed to producing organic wines. "Quality without compromise" is the core value of this visionary company, be it in the way they make their wines and in their choice of names or labels.
Two Hands Yacca Block is made from vineyards that sit at the top of Menglers Hill in the Eden Valley wine region.
Planted at an altitude of 483 metres, the vines are 14 years old on average and rest on shallow soils composed of grey sandy loam, quartz gravel over weathered rock and yellow clay.
The high altitude is an ideal environment and allows for the slow and optimal ripening of the grapes, some of which are used to make Charlie's Garden wines.
This Two Hands Yacca Block 2019 is a 100% Shiraz.
This Australian wine showcases a seductive elegance and a smooth feel.
