Description
Squeezed between two great vintages, 2005 Caiarossa remains honorable and delicious. Already displaying some maturity, elegant nose on complex aromas of berry fruit (blackberry, blueberry), spices, and flowers. On the palate, the first impression is the acidity is quickly balanced-- though not overpowered-- by civilized tanins. This will be reaching its peak in a few years.
