Vosne-Romanee Village from Domaine des Perdrix: An exceptionally well balanced red wine
Vosne-Romanee Village from Domaine des Perdrix is a red wine produced from only Pinot Noir in the Vosne-Romanee Village appellation. This 1.16 hectare plot is planted on soil composed of clay and limestone. The wine is aged for 18 months in traditional 228 litre barrels from Burgundy.
Vosne-Romanee Village 2016 from Domaine de Perdrix has a beautiful garnet colour with purple tears. Aromas of flowers and spices are very powerful. The 2016 vintage offers ripe tannins, and beautifully marries length and balance.
