The property
Present since 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, at the heart of the prestigious Côte de Nuits, the Domaine Faiveley stands out as one of the great names of Burgundy. Renowned for its wines combining aromatic precision and refinement, it embodies regional viticultural excellence.
The vineyard
The estate extends over more than 120 hectares spread between the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, three emblematic terroirs of Burgundy. This remarkable viticultural heritage includes parcels of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, true showcases for the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties.
The wine
Produced from vines located mid-slope on the hill overlooking Morey-Saint-Denis, this Clos Saint-Denis Grand Cru expresses all the nobility of its terroir.
Vinification and aging
The wine is aged for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels, within the vaulted cellars of the estate, built in the 19th century in Nuits-Saint-Georges.
