Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale, this estate has been cultivating ancestral know-how on the exceptional terroirs of the Côte de Beaune for over 160 years.
The vineyard
The vines of this Chassagne-Montrachet are planted on clay-limestone soils, a typical combination that gives the wines their mineral character and their aging potential. This soil type, a blend of clay and limestone, is one of the major assets of the appellation Chassagne-Montrachet.
