Description
Bisol reveals a fruity and balanced vintage Prosecco Superiore
The estate
Established on the viticultural landscape of Veneto in Italy since 1542, the Bisol family passionately perpetuates the art of Prosecco, which has been passed down from generation to generation. The Bisol estate overlooks an exceptional vineyard located on the steep hills of Conegliano and in the prestigious terroir, Cartizze.
The Bisol family’s vineyards are selected for the exceptional quality of their plots, which enjoy a rare terroir. The sandy nature of the soil, as well as constant ventilation and humidity, allow the berries to gently ripen and reach an optimal phenolic phase.
The vineyard
The term "crede" refers to the clay which makes up most of the terroir where the vines dedicated to the Crede Brut cuvée by the Bisol estate are planted. This very old terroir was previously covered by the sea.
Blend
The Crede Brut 2017 by the Bisol estate is made from at last 85% Glera. This cuvée is produced in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G appellation, which sits at the summit of Italian appellations.
Tasting
Colour
The wine is a beautiful straw yellow with green tints. The effervescence is fine and persistent.
Nose
The nose elegantly mixes floral and fruity fragrances.
Palate
The palate seduces with its fruity aromas (pear, apple), its precision and its harmony.
