A fresh and complex Saint-Julien wine
The La Croix de Beaucaillou is the second wine of Château Ducru-Breaucaillou that is produced in the Saint-Julien appellation. Its blend is 64% Cabernet Sauvignon and 36% Merlot.
La Croix de Beaucaillou 2006 presents a beautiful red colour. Its nose exudes a rich bouquet of various liqueur and blackberry aromas. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and voluptuous with beautiful freshness and complex flavours. The finish shows a wonderful length and an excellent fruitiness.
