Brimming with candied lemon and fresh pomelo aromas. Very attractive interplay of discreet fruit, flinty character and fine tannins on the quite sleek, medium-bodied palate. Remarkable mineral character on the finish for the humble appellation. A cuvée that is half from domaine vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise and half from the Côte d'Or. Matured primarily in oak casks, plus a smaller part in stainless steel. Drink now.
