White wine produced exclusively from Chardonnay in the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, the Chablis Grand Cru "Bougros" from La Chablisienne benefits from plots aged 30 years on average and planted on medium and superior Kimmeridgian soils with alternating limestone and marl in Exogyra virgula. The ageing of the Bougros 2012 de La Chablisienne is done in tanks and barrels, for 20 months on average, all on fine lees.

The palate reveals an explosion of flavours, offering a beautiful texture, complex, full and long. The finish reveals subtle and fresh aniseed and menthol touches.
