Appearance

The palate is full and generous, captivating with its sapid texture and silky tannins. It unveils flavors of roasted hazelnut, licorice, and cherry. The finish is long and subtly saline, elegantly extending the tasting experience.
Serving and Cellaring
Best served between 16 and 17°C. This wine can be cellared until around 2042.

The estate
The largest wine estate in Burgundy, the Louis Latour estate boasts a winemaking history of over 200 years. The vineyard
This Grand Cru "Perrières" cuvée is a Corton wine from the "Perrières" climat, located on the Corton Grand Cru hillside at an altitude of 273 meters. Facing southeast, these old vines are grown on brown and red clay soils.
Winemaking and Aging
Traditional open-vat fermentation, 100% malolactic. Aged 10 to 12 months in oak barrels (50% new) from the Louis Latour cooperage.
