The Prosecco Superiore Brut of Nino Franco is pure Glera, Prosecco traditional varietal. The secondary fermentation is made according to the pressure tank method known as the Charma method. This straw-tinted shiny yellow wine develops a fine and crispy nose on apple, pear and white flower fragrances. On the palate, this Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG is fresh and bold, the acidity is pronounced but not aggressive, and the finish is both persistent and fruity.
