Description
A gourmet and beautifully lively Crémant d'Alsace Rosé
The estate
Rooted in Niedermorschwihr since 1673, in the heart of Haut-Rhin, the Domaine Albert Boxler embodies Alsatian winemaking excellence passed down through generations. It was after the Second World War that Albert Boxler profoundly restructured the family estate, notably by highlighting the prestigious Sommerberg hillside and introducing on-site bottling. Later taken over by his son Jean-Marc, the estate gained even greater renown through rigorous work and a constant demand for quality.
Winemaking and aging
Hand-harvested, the grapes undergo gentle pressing before being vinified according to the traditional method (Champagne method). The aging of this Crémant Rosé d'Alsace is approximately 40 months in bottle.
Grape variety
This 2019 Brut Rosé from Albert Boxler is 100% Pinot Noir.
