The Prieuré-Lichine 2009 commands attention, a product of ideal weather conditions that began in the summer. Long, meticulous vinifications allowed for the perfect combination of round, opulent expressions of Merlot with elegant structure from Cabernet Sauvignon. Fleshy, voluptuous, and intense fruits flavours lead to a phenomenally balanced finish. Prieuré-Lichine 2009 promises to be a wine with an outstanding ageing potential.
