A complex and fresh Côtes de Provence rosé wine

The estate

With a surface area of around one hundred hectares, the vineyard is located within the Côtes de Provence appellation on a clay-limestone soil rich in schist and quartz.

Château Saint-Maur’s 2021 M rosé wine: Characteristics and tasting tips

The tasting

Brilliant, the colour is a beautiful pale pink with salmon hues.

The nose gives off delicious fruity fragrances (red fruit, gariguette strawberries)

This wine seduces the palate with its notes of strawberry and pomelo. The finish is persistent, delicious and refreshing.

Food and wine pairing

Château Saint-Maur's M rosé 2021 will pair beautifully with meat (a veal roulade with herbs and parmesan, lemon chicken), vegetables (stuffed vegetables, a Thai vegetable wok), fish (salmon tartar, spaghetti alle vongole) or cheeses and desserts (fresh goat's cheese and redcurrant jelly, strawberry tart).

For a pleasurable tasting experience, serve at 6°C.
