A Côtes de Provence rosé that is both vibrant and mineral

The estate
Located in La Londe-les-Maures on the Var coast, the estate Sainte Marguerite en Provence was founded in 1929 by André Chevillon on lands cultivated since Antiquity. A classified cru of Provence since 1955, the estate was taken over in 1977 by Brigitte and Jean-Pierre Fayard, who established it as a reference for Provençal rosés. In 2022, the Fayard family partnered with Pernod Ricard to further enhance the estate’s reach in France and internationally.

The vineyard
This cuvée comes from three organically farmed vineyards: Saint-Pons, La Désirade and Haut Pansard. The soils blend schist, flint shards and hints of clay, providing a setting that favors the expression of the finesse and minerality typical of the Côtes de Provence.

Winemaking and aging
After a cold skin maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees, then fining and filtration before bottling.

Blend
Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (or Vermentino).
