The balance and elegance of a Rhône Valley wine
The estate
The eponymous Domaine Bernard Gripa was founded by Bernard Gripa, himself the heir to a family of winegrowers who had been in the profession since the 17th century. A visionary winemaker who looked after vineyards spread over the Saint-Péray and Saint-Joseph appellations, Bernard Gripa decided to bottle his wines at the estate in the 1970s. His son, Fabrice Gripa, has been running the estate since 2001.
