Description
The freshness and richness of a Côtes du Rhône rosé wine
The estate
Domaine de la Mordorée was created in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son. Located in Tavel, near Avignon, this estate covers 60 hectares and spreads over 38 parcels. These plots are the perfect expression of appellations such as Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône and Condrieu.
The vineyard
Domaine de la Mordorée's Rosé 2021 is a Côtes du Rhône wine that is produced from Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic vineyards. The vines are planted on a tapestry of soils composed of sand, clay and also gravelly limestone.

The grapes are harvested and sorted exclusively by hand. Destemming is followed by crushing. This wine is a saignée rosé, made following a few hours of maceration.
The blend
Grenache (40%)
