The estate

Comprising 90 hectares of land, Domaine Laroche’s vineyard, managed using agroecological viticulture, is composed exclusively of Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Domaine Laroche has been part of the Advini group since 2009 and is renowned for the precision, elegance and aromatic richness of its wines, which authentically express the subtle Chablis climats.

The wine

Chablis 1er Cru "Les Vaudevey" 2018 by Domaine Laroche stems from a 9.96-hectare vineyard. The vines are 35 years old on average and are planted on a particularly steep slope in a narrow, cool and sunny valley. These conditions favour a slow ripening of the grapes and ensure an optimal concentration of aromas and an excellent freshness.

Vinification and ageing

The hand-picked grapes are rigorously sorted upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation is carried out in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The vinification takes place during the ageing process.
