The estate
Established since the 9th century in Chablis, Burgundy, the Domaine Laroche is one of the pillars of the appellation. Attached to the Advini group since 2009, it perpetuates a vision based on elegance, precision, and respect for the terroir. Each cuvée embodies a faithful and refined interpretation of the different Chablis climates, thanks to demanding viticulture and careful vinifications.

The vineyard
Coming from the place called "Vieille Voye", this Chablis Village benefits from a Kimmeridgian soil rich in minerals and marine fossils, typical of Chablis. This unique geological composition gives the wine a chiseled minerality and a beautiful aromatic depth. This terroir is part of the most qualitative plots of the appellation.

Vinification and aging
The harvest is manual, with rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. Aging on fine lees is carried out both in stainless steel tanks and in French oak barrels, preserving the freshness of the fruit while adding roundness and complexity to the wine.
