Crafted from vines rooted in calcareous soils, the 2023 Cairanne Peyre Blanche reveals a gourmand bouquet of dark berries, flowers and cherries mingled with notes of garrigue. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and round, it’s fresh and elegant, with good depth at the core and a peppery, energetic finish. This is a well-executed blend of 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah.
