Gérard and his son Jean-Louis Chave are among the most emblematic names on the hill of Hermitage, an iconic cru of the northern Rhône Valley.
This very rare Hermitage Blanc cuvée from Chave offers the experience of a superb white wine from the Rhône Valley, born of the great 2002 vintage. Only the finest grapes were selected to craft this confidential Hermitage Blanc cuvée.

On tasting, the 2002 Hermitage Blanc from the Chave estate captivates the nose with a bouquet of tertiary notes reminiscent of truffle and forest floor. The palate expresses all the harmony and delicacy of the great white Hermitages, with a beautifully long finish. This cuvée will pair perfectly with the most refined dishes, such as lamb sweetbreads with truffle or a lobster cassoulet with Puy green lentils. A Hermitage Blanc produced in very limited quantities that will delight admirers of the Chave estate.
