A lively and intense Chablis Premier Cru
The estate
Truly in tune with the times, Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard is one of the most important and influential producers of organic wines in Burgundy today. Thus, he has always endeavoured to apply ecological principles, to restrict human intervention and to reveal all the authenticity of the Chablis climats. These practices result in structured, pure and mineral wines.
The vineyard
A benchmark among fine Chablis wines, Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard reigns over a vineyard of more than 140 hectares, of which 40 hectares are cultivated using biodynamic practices and 66 using organic practices.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 14 months in stainless steel tanks (30%) and in tuns (70%).

Chardonnay (100%).
