La Belle Connivence 2021 is medium to deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of tar, damp soil, and sautéed herbs give way to scents of redcurrants and raspberry leaves. The light- to medium-bodied palate is tart and chewy, with very little fruit and a short finish.
