La Chablisienne : Chablis 1er cru "Côte de Léchet" 2019

The 2019 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru has an attractive nose of Granny Smith apples, citrus peel and light flinty scents. The clean, fresh palate is slightly waxy in texture and reflects judicious use of oak. The cohesive finish demonstrates good weight and length. This will require 2–3 years just for that oak to be fully subsumed.

More depth in Côte de Léchet, a fairly lively, iodine-tinged Chablis that offers a lovely length.
