2009 Saint-Julien, Second Wine
Chateau Lagrange estate covers 157 hectares in Saint-Julien township, including 111-hectar vineyard. The 2009 Les Fiefs de Lagrange -classified Second Wine- is 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot.
The vintage reveals fresh black fruit notes. This offering is lively, round, with tension on the finish complemented by pleasant fruit flavours, and enough tannins for support.
