The estate
Established since 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is a true benchmark in Burgundy. Its adventure began with the acquisition of a plot of land in 1826. Its trading activity led to its swift international recognition. Today and since 1992, the house is managed by Pierre-Henry Gagey and still ensures that Burgundy wines remain accessible to those who love high-quality wines.

Vinification and ageing
The hand-picked grapes are destemmed before undergoing a 4-week vinification in open vats. After devatting, the wine is placed in barrels and aged for 18 months in oak.
