The glassmaker

Masters in the delicate art of glassmaking, the Riedels form a true dynasty that has seen 11 generations succeed each other, each more talented than the last. For 260 years, this family has been crafting crystal glasses in Austria that highlight the unique style of wines and, more recently, the aromatic diversity of grape varieties.

The range

As their name suggests, the Veritas glasses are authentic and respectful witnesses to the style of wines. The Veritas oenological stemware range was launched in 2014 to offer lovers of fine wines the lightness and finesse of a hand-held glass as well as the precision and constant harmony of a machine-made glass. Indeed, these two variables seem to the house to be decisive in the art of tasting, which is why Riedel has imagined machine-blown crystal glasses.

The glass

Riedel Veritas Pinot Noir is a rounded glass that reveals the full breadth of Pinot Noir by fully developing the aromatic expression of this grape variety.
