Simon Porte Jacquemus is a French fashion designer who founded the eponymous brand in 2009 in Paris, driven by his passion for culture and the French way of life. Jacquemus is an independent fashion house, celebrated for its distinctive runway shows in unconventional locations, drawing inspiration from fine art, photography, and cinema.
The creative partnership between Veuve Clicquot and Simon Porte Jacquemus brings together two creative universes, both illuminated by joy that is deeply rooted in their respectve identites. “From the bright and joyful spirit to the excellence in savoir-faire, I admire and share the same values as Veuve Clicquot.” says Simon Porte Jacquemus.

Veuve Clicquot has enlisted Simon Porte Jacquemus, the French designer, to create a special edition of La Grande Dame 2018, the Maison’s prestige cuvée, in homage to the history of Madame Clicquot.

THE DRAPE
The bottle is draped in white linen embroidered with yellow calligraphy, in reference to a famous old Italian method once used to chill bottles.

THE LABEL
This 2018 vintage edition stands out with its handwritten logo on a yellow label with irregular edges, a nod to the emblematic color of Veuve Clicquot Brut Carte Jaune.

THE GIFT BOX
The box is covered in a “toile du Marais” fabric, enhanced with a ribbon alternating the Veuve Clicquot logo and the designer’s signature.
