The palate mirrors this intensity, highlighting cherry skin and fine silty tannins. Vibrant acidity elevates the savory finish, adorned with lingering notes of dried herbs and spices.

Charming and forward, the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage offers light red fruits, spice, and peppery notes on the nose. It's medium-bodied, delicious, and simple, and is geared for near-term drinking. It was aged 12 months and should drink well over the coming 3-5 years. Drink 2026-2031.
