The vineyard
Xavier Vignon's Cuvée Anonyme 2019 is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine that stems from a selection of parcels who are unique due to their earliness and limited yields.
Vinification and ageing
Harvested early (mid-August) in order to preserve a high acidity, the Roussanne is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 8 months with regular stirring of the lees.
The Clairette and Grenache Blanc are fermented at low temperature and aged in stainless steel vats.
The blend
Roussanne (60%)
Clairette (25%)
Grenache blanc (15%)
