Big and bold on the nose, with fig, prune, wild thyme, and violet. Mouthwatering acidity gives buoyancy to overripe plum on the palate, while integrated tannins draw out a soft and lingering white pepper finish. Drinking big and juicy, this wine is best enjoyed now.

Gorgeous fruit expression, with blackberry, blueberry, liquorice and rosemary. Bold, juicy, fruity style, it's fairly opulent and rich for a 2023 but all in good balance, though the alcohol is fairly punchy. The tannins are on the soft side, making for a luxurious and slightly naughty treat.

Generous, with so much fruit and concentration. Aromas of cherries, candied berries and sweet spices, following through to a full body with plush tannins. Juicy finish. Drink or hold.

75% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah. 50% aged in concrete tank, 25% in new oak barrels, 25% in demi-muids. Cask/tank sample. Tasted blind. Ripe and rich nose – sweet heady and opulent. A powerful Rasteau with slightly raised alcohol and a dense, plush finish. (AC)
