The estate
Founded in 2004 following the division of the Michel Colin-Deleger estate, the Bruno Colin estate now spans 8.55 hectares across five major appellations of the Côte de Beaune, including Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. At the head of this family property, Bruno Colin cultivates 22 climats, including eight premier crus located in Chassagne-Montrachet. He focuses on producing wines of great precision, favoring freshness and tension over classic richness, to faithfully express the purity of the terroirs.

The vineyard
The climat "Les Vergers" is located in the Pasquelles sector of the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. This parcel of 33 ares and 82 centiares, planted in 1974 and 1986, rests on a clay-limestone soil typical of the appellation. Vineyard work is conducted according to sustainable viticulture principles, with regular plowing and mechanical soil management.

Winemaking and aging
The grapes are hand-harvested, with meticulous sorting in the vineyard. The wine is then aged for one year in oak barrels, 20 to 25% of which are new. This stage is followed by additional aging of 3 to 6 months in tanks, which refines the structure while preserving the fruit’s brilliance.

Grape variety
100% Chardonnay.
