The Bruno Dangin estate, located in Molesme, north of the Côte d’Or, is a reference in the production of Crémant de Bourgogne. Bruno Dangin combines traditional know-how and quality requirements, producing certified organic wines.
The vineyard
Grand Éminent Brut Nature is a Crémant de Bourgogne from vineyards located in Molesme, resting on soils that confer a smooth minerality.
Vinification and ageing
After a gentle first fermentation, only the first juices, called "Cuvée", are used. Ageing on lees for a minimum of 36 months.
Blend
Grand Éminent Brut Nature by Bruno Dangin is a 100% Pinot Noir.
