The estate
The Bruno Dangin estate, located in Molesme, north of the Côte d’Or, is a reference in the production of Crémant de Bourgogne. Bruno Dangin combines traditional know-how and quality requirements, producing certified organic wines.
The vineyard
The Prestige de Narcès cuvée, a tribute to the maiden name of Bruno Dangin's wife, symbolises the elegance and dedication of this family house.
This Crémant de Bourgogne comes from the "La Grande Côte" plot, planted in the 1970s on a typical Jurassic clay-limestone terroir. These old vines, averaging 40 years old, benefit from ECOCERT certified organic practices, promoting a pure expression of Pinot Noir.
Vinification and ageing
After a gentle first fermentation, only the first juices, called "Cuvée", are used. The vinification and ageing take place in oak barrels, giving the wine finesse and complexity.
