The vineyard
This cuvée Le Pas du Moine blanc is a wine from Côtes de Provence produced from vineyards planted on red clay and limestone soils. Its name refers to the path monks used to reach the Croix de Provence.
Winemaking and aging
Harvested at night, the grapes undergo direct pressing. Winemaking takes place in concrete vats before aging for 2 to 4 months in the same vessel.

Vermentino and Ugni Blanc.
