The 2023 Riesling Furstentum Grand Cru, harvested from clay on limestone, is subdued on the nose, although more swirling reveals lovely reduction. The palate, however, is all sunny brightness with soothing freshness, expressing the depth and coolness of the limestone with serene, juicy, ripe lemon and pale yellow Reine Claude plum notes.
