The Estate
Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Bader-Mimeur embodies the heritage of two families deeply rooted in Burgundian winemaking tradition. Born from the union of Charles Bader, son of wine merchants, and Elise Mimeur, daughter of the owner of the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, the estate now benefits from precious expertise and an exceptional heritage.

The Vineyard
The estate’s vineyard covers 8 hectares, entirely located within the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation. Of these, 5 hectares are directly attached to the family château. The estate cultivates the region’s two emblematic grape varieties: chardonnay for the whites and pinot noir for the reds. The vines benefit from a great diversity of soils and a favorable microclimate, allowing a faithful expression of the terroir.

Winemaking and Aging
The hand-harvested grapes, picked at perfect ripeness, undergo meticulous vinification. Aging takes place in the estate’s vaulted cellars, where natural conditions promote slow maturation, conducive to complexity and harmony of aromas.
