The estate
Founded in 1920 in Chassagne-Montrachet by Arsène Amiot, the Domaine Guy Amiot et Fils is now headed by Thierry and Fabrice Amiot, supported by Héloïse, the fifth-generation representative. This family estate, enriched by a feminine heritage celebrated through the "Flavie" and "Simone" cuvées since 2015, spans 29 appellations, including the prestigious Grand Cru Le Montrachet. A pioneer of estate bottling since the 1930s, the estate rigorously cultivates chardonnay and pinot noir on exceptional terroirs such as Les Caillerets and Les Vergers.
The terroir
The "Les Caillerets" parcel, covering 0.66 hectare, benefits from an ideal southeast exposure on the emblematic terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet. Located on a steep slope with lean clay and limestone soils, it provides the 70-year-old vines with deep rooting into the bedrock.
