The youthful 2023 Sancerre Les Grandmontains fizzes with CO2, which permeates its body and makes this relatively gentle-acid example much more lively. Ripe fruit, lemon tea and chamomile come together on the palate, but the flavor intensity is moderate at best. The 2023 finishes rather short.
