The estate
An emblematic figure of Chablis, in Burgundy, the Domaine Laroche stands out for its unique historical heritage, whose roots date back to the 9th century. Integrated into the Advini group since 2009, the estate perpetuates with rigor a style that combines precision, finesse, and aromatic richness. Through its cuvées, it expresses all the subtlety and authenticity of the Chablis climates.

The vineyard
Renowned for its excellence, this Burgundy estate oversees a vineyard of 90 hectares exclusively dedicated to the production of Premiers and Grands Crus. Managed according to the principles of agroecological viticulture, this vineyard reflects the estate's commitment to a sustainable and respectful approach to the soil.

The wine
This Chablis Premier Cru comes from a tiny 0.23-hectare plot, once cultivated by the monks of the Pontigny Abbey. Located on a ideally exposed slope, this rare plot gives birth to one of the most confidential cuvées of the estate, produced in very limited quantity.

Vinification and aging
The grapes, meticulously sorted in the winery, are vinified by fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The initial aging lasts 9 months, before a Blend followed by a further refinement of 8 months on fine lees, allowing to bring texture and complexity while preserving the identity of the terroir.
