The estate
Domaine Olivier Pithon was founded in 2001. Immersed in the world of winegrowing from an early age, Olivier Pithon acquired 7 hectares of vines in the heart of Roussillon in 2001 and benefited from the support of Domaine Gauby in his early years.
The vineyard
A benchmark among the great wines of Roussillon, Domaine Olivier Pithon tends a vineyard that was fully converted to biodynamics in 2014.
The wine
Cuvée Laïs is a Côtes du Roussillon Villages wine from a terroir whose soils are composed of marl, limestone and schist.
Vinification and ageing
Hand harvesting. Traditional vinification. Ageing in concrete vats.
Blend
Cuvée Laïs 2019 from Domaine Olivier Pithon is a blend of Grenache (60%), Carignan (20%) and Mourvèdre (20%).
