The estate
Renowned for its deep commitment to respecting the terroir and the environment, the Famille Perrin has established itself as a leading figure in the Rhône Valley. A pioneer in organic viticulture since 1950, then biodynamic from 1974, the estate produces exceptional wines acclaimed internationally for their finesse and authenticity.
The vineyard
This Côtes du Rhône cuvée is made from carefully selected plots in the communes of Cairanne and Jonquières. The soils, composed of recent limestone-derived alluvium, offer a terroir particularly favourable to the expression of white grape varieties.
Winemaking and ageing
The harvest is carried out early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. After gentle pressing, the must is cold clarified by static settling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature (16°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then racked and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
